Hello Everybody!
It's been a while I didn't write anything on my blog because I was busy with my new adventure as a photographer and I am also now going to school to learn Swedish.
I'll upload some photos of the last few months. I'm sure you probably already saw most of it if you follow me on facebook but there are some new ones too... Hope you'll enjoy! ;)
I'll start with a steel wool light painting (so disappointed that the circle is cut but I had no more wool), ice sculptures and few little walks in Uppsala.
One of the many hot dogs and burgers sellers in the street... really bad! But good if you're drunk! :)
We also went to Gamla Uppsala (Old Uppsala) with the bikes to finally discover what was around there, behind the new village with absolutely no interest...
Gamla Uppsala is a parish and a village outside Uppsala in Sweden. It had 16,231 inhabitants in 1991.
As early as the 3rd century AD and the 4th century AD and onwards, it was an important religious, economic and political center. Early written sources show that already during pre-history, Gamla Uppsala was well known in Northern Europe as the residence of the Swedish kings of the legendary Yngling dynasty.
And Finally one Day in Stockholm with Filippo which is now working in Sally's like I used to last summer!
And as a really cool surprise, in the night of the 17th of March, during St Patrick's party, a Northern Light was visible in Uppsala! It is extremely rare to be able to see a Northern Light that low in Sweden and some people lived all their life here without even seeing one in their life... We were lucky to see it! :)
