Welcome to Sally's!
This is the restaurant where I have been working these last months, in the center of Stockholm, in "Gamla Stan" (=the old city).
With a mix of Italian and Swedish food, it is a very nice restaurant to stop for lunch while visiting the city or enjoying a nice dinner in this cosy atmosphere and why not few drinks like Apple Martini, Melon Sour or Mojitos...
Let's start with the Staff...
Jakob, the headchef of the restaurant, very cool guy, open minded, funny and clever, I like spending time in the kitchen to watch and learn from him some new skills... Thanks man! ;)
Klara, preparing the best creme brulees of Sweden and awesome tiramisus too... :)
Khadim, the handsome pasta guy from Senegal =)
Hand made pizza Bulgarian Style!
Oven baked Cod loin with hand peeled shrimps, poached egg, browned butter, horseradish and potato puree.
Reindeer with Sami smocked sausage in gravy, ceps terrine, almond potato and Swedish cheese Vasterbotten croquette, served with sweetened lingonberries.
Filet of Lamb with mint Pesto, garlic sauce, served with potatoes and goat cheese tart.

And it's time to take the train back "home" to Jakobsberg!
